Lot Maintenance Program

After your property is initially underbrushed, we come back three times per year, once in April/May, again in June/July, and a final visit in August/September.  These visits keep vacant lots looking great year round for a minimal cost. Hundreds of Cliffs Owners and others are familiar with Fairview’s Lot Maintenance Program (LMP) and have participated over the years. The LMP ensures your lot looks its best and is show-ready all year.

What It Costs

Mountain properties cost $150.00 per visit, and lake properties cost $200.00 per visit. Over half of the lots sold by the Cliffs Real Estate team this year alone in the Mt. Region were cleaned up initially and maintained by Fairview.

 

Residential Maintenance Plan

Through the Residential Maintenance Plan (RMP), homeowners who use their properties as second homes or vacation homes can have peace of mind knowing that their property is taken care of inside and out year round.

Our Residential Maintenance Plan (RMP) provides two essential functions:

1. Bi-weekly inspections of the interior and exterior to ensure that the home is watched over and problems detected in the owner’s absence:

    • Water leaks
    • Storm damage
    • Pest control
    • Winterization
    • Heating or air conditioning failure (mold can grow quickly if AC goes out)

2. Customized preventative maintenance plan created and implemented annually:

    • HVAC filters, etc.
    • Soil settling or erosion
    • Staining and painting
    • Gutters and downspouts
    • Roofing
    • Landscape maturation issues

What It Costs

The Residential maintenance Plan (RMP) starts at $250.00 per month and includes your landscape maintenance.  That fee and any additional maintenance activities are invoiced at the end of each month by a simple email, giving you total peace of mind with minimum paperwork and hassle, especially when you are away.  Call us Today!
